DESCRIPTION:Every year\, FBC participates in We Care Pregnancy Clinic’s annual “Change for Life” Fundraiser! We fill baby bottles with cash and change to help We Care provide important services to women and partners facing unexpected pregnancies. We are proud to support their mission! \nThis year\, you can either take home a baby bottle from the church lobby\, or you can participate online! \n\n\nFill one virtual “bottle” for $27\, two for $54\, three for $81…etc. \nLet’s set a goal to sponsor two days of ministry at We Care! \n$1\,084.92 will cover the costs of all of the… \n\nPregnancy tests\nUltrasounds\nSTD testing and treatments\nOptions education\nSupport\nEarn While You Learn lessons\nNo Regrets programs in schools\nInformation tables and education on campus at NIU and Kish\n…and more that is offered FREE at We Care during our 2 (or more) days!\n\nThank you for supporting the ministry of We Care through Change for Life. \nDon’t forget\, you can share FBC’s fundraising link with family and friends to help our impact go further!

SUMMARY:Gather 'Round for Chili & Soup
DESCRIPTION:Our annual chili cook-off in the gym has long been a spotlight on missions where we have had missionaries participate live and by sending video updates. This year looks different\, but we still want you to have a chance to connect with our missionaries; encourage them and be encouraged by their work. And\, it’s fun! We need a little of that just now. Please participate in whatever way you feel comfortable and safe.  \nMembers of the Missions Committee will be hosting the video calls of our missionaries from all around the world.  They will be joining us virtually while we enjoy some delicious chili or soup and gather with friends\, virtually or in each other’s homes. The missionaries will be sharing a short update along with their current prayer needs and praises and then hanging out to enjoy some much missed fellowship with us. This is a great opportunity to meet someone new or hear about a ministry you’ve already been a part of. \nSave the date for Sunday\, March 14 and join us for lunch from 12:30-2:00pm or dinner from 6:00-7:30pm.  \nHow can you participate? \n\nBe a Host – If you want to host a small gathering in your home\, invite friends over and join one of the virtual calls.
