James and I were blessed by the birth of our daughter, Joanna, on March 26th. She has brought us so much joy in this time of quarantine. However, it’s been challenging nonetheless especially since we haven’t been able to be surrounded physically by our family or Friends as much for support. Because of that, everyday we’ve been crying out to the Lord, both for times of rejoicing and times of need when it’s been hard. Becoming parents has shown us that we need to have total reliance and faith in our God. We rejoice in how He has blessed us with Joanna, and we also submit every request to Him. With prayer we say these words. Lord, we need you. Every hour we need you. Our one defense, our righteousness, oh God how we need you.
Lord, I Need You
Lord, I come, I confess
Bowing here I find my rest
Without You I fall apart
You’re the One that guides my heart
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
Where sin runs deep Your grace is more
Where grace is found is where You are
Where You are, Lord, I am free
Holiness is Christ in me
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
So teach my song to rise to You
When temptation comes my way
When I cannot stand I’ll fall on You
Jesus, You’re my hope and stay
Lord, I need You, oh, I need You
Every hour I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
You’re my one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
My one defense, my righteousness
Oh God, how I need You
